new rules and goals:

RULES:

  1. i’m only aloud on the laptop if i’m on the treadmill at the same time.
  2. only 0 calorie drinks.
  3. no junk food.

GOALS:

  • i want to be 135 by the end of june (currently 145 on may 25)
  • i want to look good enough by august to shock everyone when i come back to school

so i’m definitely going to start losing weight, because i decided to bring my laptop to the treadmill. best idea i’ve ever had.
